A Dialogue...the lamb lays down with the lion.

As the world shrinks in size due to technology. We cannot close our eyes and assume it’s not happening. Here is the big question; is it coincidence that technology is growing that fast? Is the universe trying to silently unite us through technology so we can solve our “beef ” with each other? Is it coincidence that the world is becoming much smaller and much inter-dependent? I do not think there are coincidents in life, but this is only a one woman opinion......
 I think it’s a legitimate manifestation of the divine and clear signs of the times that we must seriously start talking to each other. We are becoming more interconnected in bouts and leaps. We must start to envision a life and spiritual oneness that must exclude “divisive” gospels, divisive visions and the “offensive” me versus them mentality. Deeds, not creeds — that’s what counts!
We must start a dialogue for we can no longer ignore the signs, the smell and the screaming sounds of disasters that have recently spoken to us through quakes, floods and fires. You see, I am always amazed at how cordially the entire planet work together when confronted by disasters. Can’t this community participation be made an every day thing? Can we use the same spirit to respond to a thirsty village in a remote village in Kenya just with the same spirit we responded to the Thailand Tsunami or the Haiti quake? Why do we just spring into action only when jolted off truck by big disasters? some people are dying silently under the weight of more lethal but seemingly less catastrophic disasters just because they die slowly and quietly without the tidal waves and helter skelter mess of a Tsunami or the mass killing capacity of an earth quake. The death of children dying from contaminated water related diseases is counted one by one in quiet silent mud huts and in the Kenyan hospitals unable to safe the children from explosive diarrhoea and typhoid fevers caused by parasites. There is more happening in the erie silence of drying wells and rivers. That’s why we need to talk.
For how else and for what other reasons could the universe have made communication so easy and magical? We must talk to each other now, in times of peace and calm or in rough times. The tools are available to us. we must start a dialogue. A dialogue comprising of different experiences but one that unites us through the common hope to save ourselves. A dialogue through which we can create a new kingdom of truly civilized and proper humans. A kingdom of knowledgeable human beings united by the awe of their differences and the magic thread of their similarities. Human beings saving each other from each other’s tyranny, indifference or perhaps ignorance.

This new kingdom will not need to wait until something greatly catastrophic or miraculous happen. No, it is available and among us now. The new kingdom is in you. It is hidden in the creativity and in the genius of collective initiatives and the power of combined energy. The foundation of this kingdom is dialogue. It involves an invite to people of all nations, races, classes, and religions to participate in a special network of dynamic, interactive relationships. When we can say to each other that “your people are my people and my people are your people.

It is a special global kingdom that elevates all of us to being givers and bonded participants. Our children will be taught kindness, selfless-ness and finding themselves by believing in themselves and in the magic of service to others. A unique kingdom on earth where we only expect to receive ONLY what we have planted. For in this new awakened kingdom on earth, giving is not losing, giving is receiving.Giving is finding self through service to others. What’s given will come back to the giver as a bounty harvest manifesting the hidden mystical wisdom that will save the human race from being hoarders and gluttons.

This will be a radically, scandalously inclusive kingdom. It will only be available to those that “get it” and those that thrive on active imagination and limitless boundaries. It’s not about escaping earth and going to heaven! No! It’s about bringing heaven onto earth collectively. It’s a new way of thinking. It must be flexible, natural, and collective — a habitual collective group-think that begins with the individual. It begins in the mind. Change your mindset and begin living heaven on earth by learning that when you give of all that you are for service to others, you serve yourself in mighty magical ways. Infact, wisdom has it that, in the places where you are folded deep into yourself with your hands stretched out to others, right there lies a potent life giving self. That is the kingdom I am talking about.

Imagine a kingdom where everyone is invited to the table fellowship? Imagine a table where drunks will mix with the sober effortlessly through understanding? the sick will be propped by the healthy through compassion?Imagine that the tattooed and pierced runaway granddaughter with her prim and proper grandmother now talking about lost times and mutual paradises missed? the grand daughter and granny can feel each other through counsel and love? Imagine this dialogue table where the masters will serve their servants, by knowing one can never be a master if he has never served? Imagine the laughter over the playful comedian humorists seated next to the frown faced, serious skeptic who never laughed in their life ? imagine the jews and the gentiles breaking bread together as they are both hungry? blacks and whites eating fried chicken and corn on the cob together?…the yellow people and the no color races talking about their children, as their children will soon create a generation that will unite the globe? Imagine a table where religion is spirituality of oneness… the faith of Gentiles will be understood by the jews? imagine the romans and Syrophoenician and Samaritans and hindus and primitive tribes that embrace a pantheon of mythical gods and goddesses and all the planet earth “no-bodies” seated around together? A table that hosts the war veteran with the pacifist protester; the peacemaker and the war maker are reconciled by the thought they both seek Peace as the ultimate goal, albeit divided by their means of achieving the same . All in one table of dialogue? That I would call magical life.There the proverbial lamb shall lay with the lion.

It might sound idealistic to many, but the new world belongs to dreamers and idealists who step out of the box and create their magic; real or imagined. I chose the wonderland rabbit hole as it’s there where i experience magic and closeness to my original essence.This dialogue will provide a unique space or common ground for urgently needed global re-thinking and planetary fellowship for all inhabitants of planet earth? Can I call it exchange of wisdom and experiences. For sure, it doesn’t seem an exaggeration to say that the future of our planet may depend on such dialogue. This may be the only project capable of saving all of us from the separated-ness we have created using laughable boundaries….race, color,age, size of bodies,religion,gender and whatever else makes you think you are greater than the next person. We speak NOT of exclusiveness and rejection… but rather we speak of purposeful inclusion. In other words, this new kingdom of you and me seeks to include all who want to participate in and contribute to its purpose, but it cannot include those who oppose it’s purpose and those haters who never get it until perhaps way after they are resting in their graves…

We all tell lies to ourselves unconsciously. We always manage to blend bits of truth with deadly lies. We are seduced by the worlds superhighways, our corner offices and cubicles with spectacular views, the air conditioned cars that soothe our bottoms as we cruise down the highways, the deceptively good looks of the lovers we have hunted down for ourselves, our children that we have robbed life by burying them in mountains of toys, the children who hardly lift their faces off magic screens of mind-dumping games, the impersonal cell phones and super tech gadgets that deliver de-touched cold messages when we are forced to communicate with people we don’t like in order to keep our jobs, we think we are politically astute by subscribing to the times magazine or wall street journal, all these look far more enticing than delving into challenging from scratch hard looks at our real selves!

The world is full of masked humans, all with it’s deceptive blend of truths and lies thrills the human nature. None of us has been spared, well, except the self righteous who will always be right in this kingdom. And in the middle of the thrills and pre-occupation with separated selves, we all got lost….

We all know about loyalty to what is familiar. What if we had a dialogue and agreed to create a new kingdom! A kingdom where all of us are subjects and kings at the same time? I mean this kingdom is not what you are thinking….duh…I mean a kingdom that happens in our minds. in our consciousness. love,serve and obey the King that resides in us while salute the diligence of the servant that we are. ….

Discover in our common goal and spiritual warfare an amazing fellowship that can rarely be found apart from personal pain, collective suffering, understanding the simplicity of the universe and the paradox of life thereof? We persevere — we serve without compromise — serve others without complaining. Be ourselves without apologizing. become students of life and seekers of life’s mysteries. We question our shallow delights and crush dependence and hope on the divisive earthly kingdom of greed, competition, hate, division and ignorance? We embrace the call to unite and define our redemption. Would that not be recipe for birth of a new kingdom? One that is not of this world but of us in the world? Can you join me?
